Experience Summary

Victor is the firm’s owner and Managing Principal, providing investment advice to various types of retirement benefit plans, including 401(k), Profit Sharing, and Pension plans.  He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with over 18 years of experience and specialized training in the retirement benefits profession.

Victor earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. The AIF Designation certifies that he has specialized knowledge of “fiduciary standards of care” and their application to the investment management process.

Since 1995, Victor has helped clients overcome the administrative burden of running an employee benefits plan, including such activities as managing fiduciary risk, writing investment policy statements, facilitating pension investment committees, and designing employee communication plans.  Much of his work is done by collaborating with the client’s CPA and benefits attorney.

Victor resides in Michigan, with his wife Emily, son Victor III, and daughter Sydney. They enjoy competitive sports, the performing arts, relaxing by the pool, and laughing with family and friends.  As a community servant, he works to raise awareness on the issues of financial literacy, and family unity.
