Michelle Watterworth
Michelle leads Plante Moran's professional standards team for the firm’s governmental and single audit practices. As such, Michelle is in charge of coordinating all quality control activities within those industries, including overseeing staff training and technical development, and ensuring the technical quality of over 450 financial statements and 600 single audits. Aside from being a participant on the MGFOA standards committee, Michelle also sits on the AICPA State and Local Government Expert Panel.
Michelle graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She lives in Lake Orion with her husband and 11 year old twin daughters.
