Chris is an instructor of accounting for Grand Valley State University’s Seidman College of Business. He also serves as a Senior Manager for Hungerford Nichols CPAs + Consultants. He has been serving the tax and accounting needs of closely-held businesses and individuals since 1998. A frequent speaker, he has also taught a variety of continuing education courses for several state CPA societies. He is regularly interviewed by media outlets regarding a variety of financial, tax and accounting topics.
He earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Grand Valley State University.
Chris is an instrument-rated commercial pilot who enjoys traveling in his airplane as well as running, bicycling, camping, and spending time with his wife Sarah, their daughter Brooke and son Blake.
