Sejla Kulaglic, CPA Related Seminars and Products


As manager at Rehmann, Sejla focuses on inbound and outbound international tax compliance and tax planning for individuals and businesses. She consults with clients on foreign investment in U.S. real estate and foreign estate, gift and trust income tax.

Sejla supervises and assists with the review of complex flow-through, corporate, individual, trust, estate and international tax returns. She is a member of the Firm’s International Tax Group and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants’ international practice task force.

Her service areas include Individual taxation; Corporate and flow-through taxation; Real estate taxation; Foreign estate, trust and gift tax compliance and Tax planning for expats.

Sejla’s public accounting career began in 2012 as staff accountant at a local accounting firm, where she assisted with flow-through, corporate and individual tax returns. Prior to that, she was a bookkeeper at an independent maintenance organization. She joined Rehmann in 2013 as a tax associate.

Sejla researches, documents and presents on a variety of complex international tax issues throughout the Firm and for external groups, including the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. She co-authored the article “New developments in transfer pricing rules for intangibles” for taxnotes.

Since 2016, Sejla has volunteered for the Detroit chapter of Kiwanis International, a community service organization. She is currently a board member and liaison officer for Detroit Kiwanis Club No. 1. She also serves as service chair of the Kiwanis Michigan District.

Sejla is fluent in Serbo-Croatian and German.


Victoria Mundinger, CPA Related Seminars and Products


Victoria currently serves as a tax manager with Rehmann and is based in the Farmington Hills office.

Her service areas include International tax; Tax planning for expats; Corporate taxation; Partnership taxation; and IC-DISC.

Victoria focuses on international tax services for clients. She works with individuals, including expats, on tax planning and compliance issues. She is also experienced in taxation for corporations and partnerships, including IC-DISC tax returns.

She began her public accounting career when she joined Rehmann in 2011. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Victoria is involved with American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants; Michigan Accountancy Foundation, Board Member; and the MICPA Emerging Leaders Task Force.
